- University or College graduation
- Good English skills both in writing and speaking

- Working experience: 1-3 years
- Document working experience in freight forwarding / logistics related is advantage
- Understand well about INCOTERM & Sales orientation is preferred
1.2 Job Description:
Responsibility for document & customer service, the main task is including:
- Receive and take booking from Carrier/ Forwarder / Sales Representative
- Input billing, costing and data in system, preparing and Issuing Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, etc…
- Send pre-alert/ submit manifest in time
- Follow up working guideline given by partner, customer, Sales
- Coordinate with overseas partners to work smoothly
- Developing nominated cargo is encouraged
